1. Once your rental vehicle is out of condition and can not drive normally, you need to call the reservation center to inform the rescue, and the rescue personnel will contact you by phone. If it can be solved on the phone, the rescue will tell you how to remove the fault; if it can not be solved on the phone, the rescue will arrive at your location in the shortest time to remove the fault for you.

2. Once you are out of danger, you need to call 122 to inform the traffic police to deal with it. The traffic police need to issue an accident liability judgment, which is the basis of insurance claim settlement. Then you can call the reservation center's telephone insurance, and the reservation center will notify the insurance department. You only need to wait for the insurance department to contact you to assist in insurance claim settlement. If you are in a residential area, or in a non traffic management area, you need to ask the local safety committee for a certificate.

3. If the accident repair fee is less than 300 yuan, the customer shall pay for it; if the accident repair fee is between 300 yuan and 1000 yuan, the insurance company shall pay for it; if the accident repair fee is more than 1000 yuan, the customer shall pay 20% of the accelerated depreciation fee, and the insurance company shall pay for the rest.
